Brooklyn Bake Lab runs hands-on baking and pastry instruction for kids age 5 through teen at their Park Slope kitchen studio. Programs include weekly classes covering bread, pastry, cake decorating, and international baking traditions. Summer camps run intensive themed weeks. Take-home goodies from each session. Strong fit for Brooklyn kids who already love cooking and want serious culinary instruction in a real teaching kitchen rather than just decorating cookies.
