Forest Hills Little League serves Central Queens families with baseball and softball programs for kids ages 5-16. Spring and fall seasons run on Forest Hills and Rego Park fields with weekly practices and weekend games. Levels include T-ball, machine pitch, minor, major, intermediate, and junior divisions. All-volunteer organization with low fees. Strong fit for Central Queens families wanting community-grounded baseball alongside other neighborhood families. Multiple field locations.
