Astoria Park is the largest park in northern Queens with 60 acres of waterfront along the East River, plus a public swimming pool, running track, basketball courts, and the Triborough Bridge as a spectacular backdrop. Free family programming includes Urban Park Rangers nature walks, summer movie series, and Tinkergarten outdoor classes. The park's shoreline, large lawns, and playgrounds work as an open-ended outdoor space year-round. Pool open during summer (free admission). Located along Shore Boulevard in Astoria, accessible by N/W trains.
