Plan and billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. We’ll calculate any prorated charge at checkout. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my content if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Content that is not included with your new plan is hidden from your public listing. It will appear again if you upgrade.
How does Spotlight availability work?
Each category has one Spotlight position per neighborhood. If your preferred position is taken, you can join the waitlist.
Does Tinylist charge booking fees?
No. Families book and pay through your website. Tinylist does not process bookings or take a commission.
How does billing work?
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Payments, invoices, and billing details are handled securely through Stripe.
