Lefferts Historic House

Lefferts Historic House is an 18th-century Flatbush farmhouse inside Prospect Park, jointly operated by Prospect Park Alliance and the Historic House Trust. The grounds include a working historic garden and chicken coop where kids can learn about colonial-era farming and food. Programs include drop-in family hours, school-break craft and gardening workshops, and seasonal events like the spring planting day and fall harvest. Located on Flatbush Avenue near the Children's Corner of Prospect Park, walking distance from the Prospect Park Carousel and Zoo.
