MAKE IT! Studio in Park Slope runs sewing, fashion design, and crafts classes for kids ages 7-13. Programs include after-school sewing using the sewing machine on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays plus fashion illustration and design classes taught by founder Lara Kazan, a 25-year fashion industry veteran. Summer camps, school-break workshops, and birthday parties round out the calendar. Suitable for kids who want a specific creative skill (garment construction, fashion illustration) rather than general art programming. Located on President Street in Park Slope.
