Upper West Side branch of Mathnasium, offering the same personalized K-12 math curriculum as the Upper East Side center but accessible from the west side of the park. Located on Amsterdam Avenue between 84th and 85th Streets. The Mathnasium Method evaluates each child's strengths and gaps, then runs them through a custom learning plan with twice-weekly drop-in sessions. Instructors work with multiple kids at once but rotate to give individual attention. Common use cases: catching up after a tough school year, getting ahead before middle school, or prepping for standardized tests. Hours run weekday afternoons and weekend mornings.
