NYSCI is NYC's only hands-on science and technology center, with over 450 interactive exhibits across physics, chemistry, biology, math, and engineering. Beyond the exhibit halls, the museum runs structured education programs including after-school clubs, weekend workshops, summer camps, the Alan J. Friedman Center for youth education, and a dedicated Girls in Tech program. Highlights for younger kids include Connected Worlds, Building Imagination: Brick by Brick, and the Preschool Place sensory area. Located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, accessible from the 7 train at 111th Street. Reasonable annual membership pays for itself with frequent visits.
