TriBeCa STEM workshop space for kids ages seven through twelve at 256 West Street on the corner of West and Laight, founded in 2016 as one of the first dedicated kids maker spaces in downtown Manhattan. The academy operates three station tracks: Designers for virtual reality, 3D animation, and digital arts; Developers for coding, game development, and Minecraft programming; and Makers for laser cutting, 3D printing, electronics, and stop-motion animation. Programs include after-school classes, weekend workshops, school break camps, summer programs, and birthday parties hosted in the studio. Year-round expert instructors guide kids through hands-on projects that combine creativity and technology.
