The Salt Marsh Nature Center sits on the edge of Marine Park's salt marsh ecosystem in southern Brooklyn. The visitor center has small exhibits about local wildlife and the marsh habitat; outside, kids can hike trails that loop through the wetlands and spot wading birds, fiddler crabs, and turtles depending on season.
