The Dana Discovery Center, run by the Central Park Conservancy at the northeast corner of Central Park, focuses specifically on kids' nature programming. The center offers free catch-and-release fishing kits at the Harlem Meer (parents and kids fish together with provided rods and bait), seasonal nature exhibits, family workshops, and free birding programs. Located inside Central Park at 110th Street and Lenox Avenue, accessible from the 2/3 train at Central Park North. Specifically designed as Central Park's kids-and-family nature gateway. All programming is free.
