Tinkergarten Queens

Tinkergarten runs play-based outdoor classes in Queens parks for kids ages 1-8. Queens classes happen in Astoria Park, Forest Park, Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, and other neighborhood parks, led by trained local leaders who facilitate guided outdoor play. Classes emphasize creativity, empathy, and problem-solving rather than structured curriculum. Sessions are 1-hour weekly meetups, with parents/caregivers expected to participate. Outdoor regardless of weather (within reason). Same national curriculum as the Manhattan and Brooklyn classes.
