What each badge means
Every listing carries exactly one status, and it is always visible.
Claimed & verified
Someone at the business proved they control its email or phone number and maintains the listing. It does not mean we have inspected the premises or vetted staff.
Unclaimed
Built from public information and not yet confirmed by the business. Details may be out of date — check before you travel.
Featured / Spotlight
A paid placement, always labeled. It affects where a listing appears — never its reviews, and never whether you can contact it.
What we check — and what we can’t
We do
Verify ownership before handing over a listingEmail confirmation tied to the business, reviewed by a human for anything unusual.
Review every reviewReviews publish right away and carry a real account. We remove abuse, obvious fakes and anything naming a child — report anything that looks wrong.
Act on reports within two business daysClosed businesses, wrong addresses, safety concerns. Serious reports are escalated the same day.
Remove businesses that break the rulesFake reviews, misrepresenting licenses, harassing parents through the inbox — all grounds for removal.
We don’t
Run background checks on staffWe are a directory, not a screening service. Ask the business directly about staff checks, ratios and first-aid training.
Inspect premises or verify licensesWhere a business tells us it holds a license we show it as their claim, not our finding.
Handle payments or bookingsMoney moves between you and the business. We never ask for payment on their behalf.
