About
The Brooklyn Children's Museum has been a hands-on cultural institution since 1899, with multiple permanent exhibits aimed at STEM exploration. Nature's Engineers focuses on natural science and engineering through interactive exhibits; Mobilab is a 1,500-square-foot space where kids invent and test toy vehicles. Beyond exhibits, the museum runs after-school clubs, weekend workshops, and summer camps for kids ages 2-10. Located on Brooklyn Avenue near St. Marks in Crown Heights, accessible from the C train at Kingston-Throop. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Free field trips for Title 1 schools through City Council funding.
