National Museum of Mathematics

Ages 4+📍 Flatiron, Manhattan

About

NoMad and Flatiron interactive math museum at 11 East 26th Street, the only museum in North America dedicated to mathematics. Two floors of hands-on exhibits invite children to explore geometry, patterns, logic, and computation through play. The museum runs Family Fridays with drop-in family-friendly activities, member-only programs, school break workshops, summer math camps, and birthday parties. MoMath is widely regarded as one of the best STEM venues in NYC for elementary and middle school children, with its square-wheeled tricycle and ride-able exhibits perennial favorites among kids. The exhibits rotate seasonally and the museum hosts public lectures with leading mathematicians year round.
